Benefits of waking Early

"In order to become successful one must emulate the ways of successful people"

After reading an article on MSN, I noticed a pattern between our favorite successful people, and that is that they all start their day earlier than most people. So, because I would like to be one of those successful people I decided to challenge myself to waking up early. I already consider myself a morning person so how hard would it be to wake up an hour earlier. I also thought this was a good idea because I really wanted to start exercising but between working a full time job and being a mother it is difficult for me to find the time. I planned to wakeup at 5:30am and do a little yoga session in my living room and on May 1st I did just that. I quickly noticed my energy went up and I was excited to wake up each day at 5:30am. It definitely helped a lot that I already went to sleep around 9:30pm so it was an easy transition for me.
